This is my first Werewolf: the Apocalypse Character. The basic
idea was a mythic hero reborn into unlikely circumstances. I
also thought it might be humorous to have him share some stereotypes
with a vampire - dark, penetrating eyes, black hair, the name
"Vlad". :)
