Supporting Cast
Alex Reichberg - a scholarly Mage,
Alex has endeavored to follow in the footsteps of his mentor,
Timotaeus Auricson.
He is a skilled spell caster and scholar. He spends almost
all of his time at the Octagon and in Seahaven, pursuing his
goal. Many of the leading Mages at the Octagon expect
he will join their ranks one day.
Big George - He has a small ferry,
a few men working for him and some magical protection.
Definitely works in the gray area of the law. Has dealt
with Mila, Magnus
Faeden, Able, Sid, Layne, and Gen, briefly.
Blood Fang Tribe - a tribe
of Kobolds, possibly the last such tribe in the Tieffblaue
region. They have weathered the assaults of genocidal
Gnomes and would be heroes to become an unusually strong and
competent group. The arrogance of most attackers gives
them all the edge they need to be victorious.
Clauss Müller - founder
of Muellerville. A brewer by trade, he adopted John
Windsong and raised him as his own. His first born
son, Johann, was killed by the
evil Mage Roland d'Azure.
Johann Müller (Deceased)
- the first son of Clauss Müller.
A friend of Magnus
Faeden, Sid
Tueftlerson, Mila
Throga'ar, and brother of John
Windsong. He was brutally slain in front of his
friends shortly after his wedding by Roland
d'Azure.
Malikos - for a full year, the despised
foe our heroes sought after. Malikos was a power hungry
Mage whose soul was enslaved by a being from another plane
via a Magic Jar. Our heroes freed Malikos and
banished the entity by dispelling the Magic Jar and
shattering the vessel while the entity was still trapped within.
Malikos is currently aiding our heroes covertly, feeding information
and advice to the party's chief Mage, Magnus
Faeden.
Mugmok Elfeater - a rather
dangerous Kobold. Last seen, he appeared to be the de
facto leader of the Blood Fang Tribe Kobolds. He was
seen in the company of Thax Gnomekiller.
Aside from unusually high quality equipment, he has a distinctive
piece of jewelry - an Elf ear hanging from around his neck
on a thong.
Pete - a veteran rogue. Our heroes
initially met Pete when he was in charge of a group of thugs
that operated a slaving ring north of Seahaven in the miserable
little village of Ramsgate. Our heroes revealed he was
unwittingly selling slaves to evil fishmen. He helped
them destroy the fishmen, free the captives, and then quit
slaving. He was last rumored to be in Seahaven or east
of Seahaven.
Roland d'Azure - an apparent
minion of Malikos, Roland very nearly killed Magnus
Faeden, Sid,
Lucky,
Mila,
and the Rambeaux family. He was slain by Sid,
Magnus,
Mila,
and Lucky,
but not before he managed to kill Johann
Müller with his vile magic (Evard's Black Tentacles).
His body was burned by the sheriff of Riverton. He appeared
to have lived in Seahaven for some period of time before arriving
in Riverton.
Thax Gnomekiller - apparently
a shaman among, Thax was last seen with the Blood
Fang Tribe in the company of Mugmok
Elfeater.
Timotaeus Auricson - the
youngest member of the Octagon. Timotaeus is a shining
young (relatively speaking) member. His father, the
reknowned Mage Auric, left quite a legacy for him to live
up to, and thus far he has done a good job. Known for
being an exemplar Mage, he has remained a general practitioner
of magic. Seahaven, the home of the Octagon, holds him
in high esteem as he has always been willing to offer his
skills as a strategist, tactician, and Mage in civil service.
He currently has two students, Alex
Reichberg and Magnus
Faeden.
